3003 is al-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used antirust aluminum. 3003 series aluminum plate is a common product of aluminum-manganese alloy series. Because of the manganese alloy element, this product has excellent rust resistance, also known as rust resistant aluminum plate. Strength is about 10% higher than 1100.And its formability, solubility, corrosion resistance are good.

2、Characteristics of 3003 aluminum plate

    (1)Aluminum alloy with Mn as the main alloying element cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.

    (2) Good plasticity, good welding performance, corrosion resistance is slightly stronger than 1 series, it is a kind of medium strength aluminum alloy.

   (3) Annealing temperature: low temperature annealing 260-360℃, high temperature annealing 370-490℃.

3、Applications of 3003 aluminum plate

    3003 aluminum plate is mainly used for work with slightly higher strength requirements than 1 series, such as pressure tanks, storage tanks, thermal insulation materials, mechanical parts, automobile and aircraft fuel tanks, etc. It is commonly used in air conditioning, refrigerator, car bottom and other humid environment.It is a more commonly used alloy series.
