In order to ensure that the pipe processing does not deform, it is more important to select the cutting machine that meets your welding requirements. If the cutting machine is different, the cutting method will be different, and there are other methods. There are several methods commonly used in domestic agricultural production system, such as mechanical cutting, flame cutting and water cutting. These three methods can ensure that the pipeline is not deformed.
1. Mechanical cutting adopts external installation and internal installation.
It adopts the turning tool processing principle to cut off and groove the pipe orifice. The single machine has large span, large Machinable thickness, less waste and purity. The processing process does not produce high temperature and does not affect the pipe material, which is conducive to welding. Water cutting processes pipes through the joint action of high-pressure pump and emery. Its incision is clean and the processing span is large, but its efficiency is low and the processing thickness is seriously limited.
2. Oxyacetylene flame cutting.
By adjusting the oxygen valve and acetylene valve, the mixing ratio of oxygen and acetylene can be changed to obtain three different flames: neutral flame, oxidation flame and carbonization flame.
3. Ion cutting
Plasma cutting combined with different working gases can cut all kinds of metals that are difficult to cut with oxygen, Especially for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium and nickel), the cutting effect is better; its main advantage is that when cutting metals with small thickness, the plasma cutting speed is fast, especially when cutting ordinary carbon steel sheet, the speed can reach 5 ~ 6 times of oxygen cutting method, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is small, and there are few heat affected zones.
These methods are also commonly used in pipe cutting. Suitable cutting tools must be selected for pipes, otherwise it is easy to cause damage and waste of pipes.
The other is laser cutting galvanized pipe. But this is generally not used, and the cost is too high.
